Shipping policy

Shipping: Depending on size of order, we usually ship within a few days to a week.
(We will notify you if your shipment is longer then a week)

If there’s any damage from the LTL shipment it must be marked on the POD. If it's not then there is nothing we can do. 

Smaller orders in boxes:
Most wholesale orders go on pallets and have a low chance of having damage, for smaller orders Any damage that occurs during transit is the responsibility of the shipping company and the customer will have to file a claim with said shipment company (varies depending on order)
